Wedding budget planning documents and pen on a desk

Budget Management

Money is the part nobody enjoys talking about, so we deal with it first and then stop worrying about it. You tell us what matters most to you, we put honest numbers next to it, and from that point on you always know where you stand. No quiet creep, and no difficult conversation three weeks before the day.

Wedding Bouquet

Your bouquet stays in your hands all day and turns up in almost every photograph you will keep, so it should look like you rather than like a catalogue page. We build it around the colours you love and whatever is genuinely in season, and you hold a finished one long before the day, not on the morning of it.

Venue & Destination Wedding

Where you marry decides how the day feels long before a single flower arrives. We walk the rooms with you, ask the awkward questions about noise limits, kitchens and curfews, and read the contract line by line. One address on the Bosphorus or four days somewhere your guests have to fly to, the logistics stay ours.

Decoration & Design

Good decoration is the part nobody points at. Guests walk in and simply feel that the room was made for you. We design the whole picture together, from the first table to the way the light falls once it is dark outside, and we are the ones setting it up and clearing it away, so you never see the work.

For the Bride

Finding the dress takes longer than anyone expects, and after a while the appointments start to blur together. We narrow the list before you set foot in a single atelier, sit with you through the fittings, and keep the alterations, the shoes, the veil and the timings on a calendar. Your only job is to stand in front of the mirror and know.

For the Groom

The groom is usually the last person anyone plans for, and it shows in the photographs. We fix that properly: a cut that suits you rather than the mannequin, a fabric that survives fourteen hours, and all the small things nobody remembers until the morning. The shoes, the tie, the cufflinks, the buttonhole that answers her bouquet.

Hair & Makeup

You will be looked at all day and photographed from every angle, first in daylight and then by candlelight, and very few looks survive both. We work with artists who understand that, run a full trial so the morning holds no surprises, and keep someone beside you through the day so the last photograph still looks like the first.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What couples ask about the work

What do the services cover?

Budget management, the wedding bouquet, venue and destination weddings, decoration and design, preparation for the bride and for the groom, and hair and makeup.

Can we take only one part rather than everything?

That is why each service is described on its own here. Tell us which parts of the day you want us to carry and we build the plan around that.

Do you plan weddings outside Istanbul?

Yes. One address on the Bosphorus or four days somewhere your guests have to fly to - for destination weddings the travel, transfers and rooms stay with us.

How is the budget handled?

An honest breakdown, category by category. We negotiate with suppliers so you do not have to, a reserve is set aside from the very first week, and you get one short update a week so nothing catches you out.

Who sets up and clears the decoration?

We do. Every element is sourced and styled by us rather than left to the venue, and setup and breakdown are handled from start to finish, including a lighting plan for daylight and for after dark.

What about the civil marriage paperwork?

We keep a guide to the paperwork for foreign couples on the blog. The details change with your nationality, so treat it as an outline and confirm the final requirements with your own consulate and the marriage office that will register you.
